| Kitchen and dining areas have solid 3/4" oak flooring with extremely durable urethane finish (what is used on bowling alleys). It is very easy to maintain and adds warmth to the area. The fieldstone fireplace is wood burning and offers a lovely ambience for winter dining. Both the kitchen and dining area have a lovely view of the landscaped backyard. The cabinets are oak with upgraded hardware. The kitchen's island can be moved if you are entertaining a larger crowd and wish to provide additional seating or use as a buffet table.
